English Rhino includes focused Practice Mode, complete timed tests, reading, listening, speaking, and writing across supported exams. Your account connects progress, favorites, notes, saved submissions, badges, rewards, the Study Assistant, and the voice-enabled Speaking Partner.

You can try selected sample question banks without an account. A free account unlocks the full practice library and saves progress, favorites, feedback history, badges, vocabulary, and reward points. No credit card is required.

Tokens pay for costly services such as expert or AI-assisted evaluations and, when released, custom AI grammar practice. Ordinary question-bank practice does not consume tokens.

English Rhino uses a controlled evaluation service with a rubric for each supported task. Administrators can refine each evaluator with written instructions and carefully reviewed examples. AI feedback can still make mistakes and is not an official exam score.

No. Each task has a word limit and the platform also enforces global word and character safety ceilings. This keeps the flat token price fair and prevents accidental oversized pastes.

Yes. Open a saved eligible writing or speaking response, then use its evaluation button. A response can receive one AI evaluation; save a new response when you want another evaluation.

Yes. The Study Assistant can use available exam, product, ownership, and progress context to point you toward relevant owned banks or explain an available unlock when you directly ask for practice you do not own. The Speaking Partner supports live conversation and voice-message practice without interrupting a roleplay to promote products.

Question banks shown as permanent access remain in your account. Separate complete-test packages, evaluation credits, and generated services follow the quantity and terms shown before purchase.

English Rhino owns its original questions and practice sets. Official or third-party material remains the property of its respective owner, and exam names and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you purchased a token package by mistake, contact us promptly. Voluntary refunds can be approved only when no tokens from that purchase have been used; legal consumer rights still apply. See the Refund Policy for details.

Reward points are earned by completing eligible quests and activities. They are separate from tokens and can be exchanged for enabled rewards.

Yes. Choose any available test from the home page or sidebar. Your account keeps each test’s practice history, scores, favorites, and progress organized.

The Tokens are added automatically after you verify your email. You can browse and use ordinary practice before verification.

Yes. Signed-in learners can save submitted writing in the database and supported speaking recordings in private file storage. You can review both under My Submissions and delete them from your account.

In current TOEFL Interview practice, Start Complete Interview plays each interviewer question, pauses briefly, records and saves your response, and advances hands-free. At the end you can restart or request evaluations for all saved responses.

Recordings are stored in a private bucket and opened through short-lived links for your account. English Rhino may process a recording to provide a service you request, such as transcription or feedback; it is not published publicly.

It disappears from your account immediately, remains in a protected recovery state for 30 days, and is then scheduled for permanent deletion.

Only if you separately choose the optional email-updates checkbox. You can change that choice from your account or unsubscribe from a marketing email. Account, security, purchase, and service messages are separate.
