You can preview the exam catalog, selected practice, free-account question banks, and study tools without signing in. Locked previews clearly show what a free account opens: the Practice Library, free banks, progress, favorites, notes, saved submissions, badges, and rewards. No card is required.
No. English Rhino is ad-free now and always, so practice pages remain focused on learning rather than advertising.
No recurring subscription is required for question-bank access. Unlock a bank once and it stays in your account permanently, so you can return to it whenever you want instead of paying every month to keep access.
The questions are designed to match the real testing experience in difficulty, tone, style, question types, delivery, and timing. Each bank is built around the current schema for its exam rather than generic English exercises.
English Rhino’s feedback and evaluation systems are trained and calibrated by an experienced English and test-prep teacher using thousands upon thousands of official test materials. The goal is specific, exam-aware guidance instead of generic writing or speaking comments.

Yes. Every learner account includes one free complete test of your choice. You can use it for any supported current TOEFL or IELTS Complete Test, and no card is required.
Your attempts build a useful learning record: progress, scores, mistakes, favorites, vocabulary, saved writing and speaking, milestones, badges, streaks, and a personal Study Plan all stay connected.
Use the Study Assistant for explanations and direction, the Speaking Partner for live and recorded conversation, and detailed writing or speaking evaluations whenever you want a closer look at your work.

Yes. The Study Assistant can use available exam, product, ownership, and progress context to point you toward relevant owned banks or explain an available unlock when you directly ask for practice you do not own. The Speaking Partner supports live conversation and voice-message practice without interrupting a roleplay to promote products.
No. Question banks sold with permanent access stay in your account so you can repeat them whenever you want. Complete-test copies, evaluation credits, and generated services follow the quantities shown before purchase.
Use Practice Mode to isolate a weak skill or task type, review mistakes, and repeat targeted banks. Move to a Complete Test when you want to rehearse timing, stamina, and switching between tasks under realistic conditions.
If you purchased a token package by mistake, contact us promptly. Voluntary refunds can be approved only when no tokens from that purchase have been used; legal consumer rights still apply. See the Refund Policy for details.
Reward points are earned by completing eligible quests and activities. They are separate from tokens and can be exchanged for enabled rewards.
Yes. Choose any available test from the home page or sidebar. Your account keeps each test’s practice history, scores, favorites, and progress organized.
The Tokens are added automatically after you verify your email. You can browse and use ordinary practice before verification.
Yes. Signed-in learners can save submitted writing in the database and supported speaking recordings in private file storage. You can review both under My Submissions and delete them from your account.
In current TOEFL Interview practice, Start Complete Interview plays each interviewer question, pauses briefly, records and saves your response, and advances hands-free. At the end you can restart or request evaluations for all saved responses.
Recordings are stored in a private bucket and opened through short-lived links for your account. English Rhino may process a recording to provide a service you request, such as transcription or feedback; it is not published publicly.
It disappears from your account immediately, remains in a protected recovery state for 30 days, and is then scheduled for permanent deletion.
Only if you separately choose the optional email-updates checkbox. You can change that choice from your account or unsubscribe from a marketing email. Account, security, purchase, and service messages are separate.
Yes. You can book one lesson or buy a multi-lesson balance. You may choose times before signing in; booking with an email creates a free account and sends a secure password-setting link. Package lessons can be scheduled separately or as a finite daily or weekly pattern.
Yes. Choose Meet or Zoom for each lesson, including individual lessons inside a package schedule. Only the link you select is created and shown in My Lessons.
My Lessons keeps upcoming and previous lessons, local times, balances, video links, cancellations, and rescheduling together. Each booked lesson also has a private workspace for files, assignments, notes, and teacher messages. The notice rules shown during booking apply.
