COURSE FEE POLICY - More than 7 days before the start: full course refund. - From 2 through 7 days before the start: 75% course credit. - Less than 2 days before the start: no course refund. - If the center cancels a course: full refund or transfer.

MATERIALS POLICY Materials are handled separately from the course fee. An unopened kit returned within 14 days receives a refund even when the course fee does not.

Priya's pottery course begins Friday at 6:00 p.m. It is now Tuesday at noon, so the course starts between 2 and 7 days from now. Priya paid $80 for the course and $25 for an unopened clay kit, and she wants to withdraw. The center uses the withdrawal request time, not the payment date, to apply this schedule.

Course credit remains on the participant's account for 12 months and can be used by that same participant for any adult class. A transfer requested after a course begins follows the no-refund period, even when the new class costs less. Processing an eligible cash refund normally takes 5 to 7 business days.
