RIVERLIGHT FESTIVAL: SATURDAY VOLUNTEER BOARD

SCHEDULE 7:15 a.m. Gate team meets at the Blue Tent 7:30 a.m. Safety briefing for all volunteers 8:00 a.m. Gates open 11:45 a.m. Morning team returns radios 12:00 p.m. Afternoon team collects radios 6:30 p.m. Final performance begins 8:15 p.m. Cleanup team meets behind Stage B

IMPORTANT UPDATES The information booth has moved from the fountain to the library steps. Volunteers assigned there must still check in at the Blue Tent first. Volunteers who work more than six hours receive a meal voucher at check-in. The voucher is issued on paper, so keep it in a safe place.

The safety briefing covers the emergency meeting point and the radio channel for team leaders. Anyone who changes assignments must collect the correct colored vest before reporting to the new area. Cleanup volunteers must bring closed-toe shoes; gloves will be provided. Cleanup volunteers should report behind Stage B at 8:15 p.m., even if they have worked at another festival location earlier. Meal vouchers cannot be replaced if the paper copy is lost.
